Week 5 New Protea Flowers & Studio

This week I got two new batches of Protea flowers from The Rosebud. (Dundee flower shop)

Buying the flowers again mainly for the fluffy anthers on the end of the inner flower perianths.

Will thread them together to make one long, white 'boa' chain. 

I'm wanting to make a really long one... Won't stop threading flowers together until degree show.

Always had icy pink Protea flowers. These ones make a nice change because of new purple fluff.

The pink ones...

Can see the pink tips on the styles peeled back from fused flowers. (pollen presenters)

Dried out after weekend.
