Studio Update

Been pulled towards work too much recently, not yet in full swing of reaching plant art goals. Updated studio, all prep done for new work, and also looking into expanding plant knowledge. Still keeping busy with commissions and I have also been making quick paintings (usually after working hard on a commission) to have some fun and paint for myself.

Test with lavender form, organisation without the separation of stalk and flower.

Organised in line using tape, colour meeting in center.

Dried rose petals test sewn thick and loosely onto garlic packaging

And cut loose..

Studio last month.. old wooden pieces (squares) from cabinet. I glued petals, moss and pine cone pieces inside the shelves. 

New output. No thinking, just drawing then painting.
